Hyatt Regency Shanghai Global Harbor

Very conveniently located in a big shopping center with easy access to parking and a metro station. The facility is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also had a great experience at the Spa.

did not accept credits eventhough the app said it was possible. ended up paying myself and not using my existing credits, if i knew this i would have booked this room through another travel agent who was 20% cheaper. and not wasted an entire day communicating with customer service without resolving my issues. also need to pay parking fee.
